lessee agrees to consent for credit check and to pass satisfactorily

Prior to moving in:
lessee must provide proof of tenant insurance of $2 million dollars prior to occupancy.
lessee must register their hydro quebec account under the address prior to occupancy.

General Conditions:
No smoking in residence and no cannabis in residence.

lessee must keep home clean and return it clean and well maintained in the same condition as received at end of lease.
lessee is responsible for damages except those incurred by normal wear and tear.
lessee must obtain permission from lessor for any painting in/out of residence.
